Our featured destinations are Zanzibar, Greece, Paris, England, Victoria Falls and Italy. These are places we have personally explored or successfully curated for clients. We can also research and plan other destinations, including South Africa.
What is included in a tailor-made travel itinerary?
We can bring together flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and special experiences around your plans. Each journey is different: your proposed itinerary and quote will set out the arrangements and inclusions for your trip.
Can you plan a holiday around my budget?
Yes. Share your budget, preferred dates, number of travellers and the experiences that matter most. We will use those details to explore suitable options and shape your itinerary. Costs depend on the destination, travel dates and arrangements you choose.
Do you arrange couples’ escapes, family holidays and group trips?
Yes. We plan romantic escapes, family holidays, girls’ trips, milestone celebrations and solo adventures. Tell us who is travelling and what you would like to experience so we can make the journey personal.
How do I request a personalised travel quote?
Use the enquiry form to share your destination, travel dates and a little about your journey. It opens WhatsApp with your enquiry ready to review and send to 072 829 2641. You can also email hello@softlifelogistics.com directly. Include your budget and the number of travellers to help us understand your plans.
Can you help if I have not chosen a destination yet?
Yes. You can choose “I’m open to inspiration” in the enquiry form. Tell us whether you are imagining beach time, city exploring, culture, nature or a celebration, together with your budget and possible dates.
Will I have support during my holiday?
We offer personalised support from the planning stage until you return home, working with handpicked local partners. During planning, we will discuss the arrangements and points of contact for your journey.
